What You will Do
This position is responsible for customer sales and service, by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints.

This position is the front line of support for employees and customers. This position’s success will be based on customer growth and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Promote and maintain outstanding customer relations, by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always
Thoroughly explain to the customer the expectations for service and procedures
Answer inbound and place outbound phone calls to answer prospect and customer inquiries and grow the customer base
Visually inspects and quote client homes via internet programs
Knowing our service inside and out so that you can answer questions

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Take personal initiative and responsibility for acknowledging and resolving customer issues professionally
Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
Communicate with loyal customers on receiving positive reviews through various platforms

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Create and execute Marketing Plan and initiatives to drive customer growth
Coordinate website content
Manage business photography and videography for social media platforms and the website
Manage digital marketing with third party partners
Assist with social media posts by developing content to engage more users
Work with the community to deliver informative content
Lead community events and sponsorships
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Performs other duties as required

Requirements
Proven Sales experience and results
Outstanding customer service skills capable of exceeding high standards
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, especially telephone skills
Creative and Energetic
Sound judgement
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

What We Do
Mosquito Joe provides services to make Outside Fun Again for our customers. We provide pest control services to residential and commercial customers, eliminating and repelling outdoor pests such as mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas.
Our technicians are trained pest control experts who travel to customers to apply solutions that keep their yard pest free.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
